Growing frustration tolerance for self and students

Having difficulty coping with frustration in the workplace or noticing this in your students? Low frustration tolerance is the thought that we cannot (and should not have to) tolerate situations and conditions that we find frustrating. The results of low frustration lead to an increase of anxiety, depression and defensive responses to others. We will provide strategies to help decrease frustration, recognize our own stress triggers and understand the brain's responses to stress.
