Argument writing invites us to explore different perspectives as we find our place in the conversation. In this session, teachers will practice using tools to help create a culture of argument in the classroom. We will discover strategies to incorporate argument writing throughout the year, and use sources from different perspectives as we write and revise claims with tools from the National Writing Project’s College, Career and Community Writer’s Program.
