Participants will be able to identify key metrics that represent effective coaching systems and why a culture of coaching is essential for innovation. By focusing on student engagement, participants will begin to unpack the key coaching levers that consistently improve student engagement and achievement. Additionally, participants will explore how to create effective coaching dockets, how to do less "telling" and increase perfect practice.
